1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CxMaestro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only for lawful commissioning and project-readiness activities, and only in accordance with any agreement between your firm and CxMaestro.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of all project data you submit to the Service. We process this data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability

We aim to provide reliable, highly-available service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practical.

5. Limitation of Liability

CxMaestro is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CxMaestro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Final commissioning sign-off decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified engineers and inspectors using the platform.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers in advance of taking effect.
