CxPlanner Import Guide
CxMaestro can import ITR templates directly from CxPlanner-compatible Excel workbooks, so you don't need to re-key existing checklists.
1. Prepare your workbook
Export your ITR template from CxPlanner as an .xlsx file. CxMaestro reads the standard "Import" sheet layout used by CxPlanner, including field labels, section grouping, and conditional field logic.
2. Upload in CxMaestro
From an ITR Template list, choose Import from Excel and select your .xlsx file. CxMaestro parses the sheet and creates a new ITR Template with matching fields, sign-off columns, and acceptance criteria.
3. Review and publish
Review the imported template, adjust any field labels or German translations, and publish it for use on your project.
4. Export back to Excel
Completed ITRs can be exported back into the original CxPlanner-compatible .xlsx format at any time, for teams that still need to hand off spreadsheet copies.
